Henrik Rise Jensen
Henrik Rise Jensen is a specialist in the contractual and non-contractual liability for damages of businesses, as well as insurance coverage in that respect. Henrik Rise Jensen advises businesses on contractual risk management and drafting of terms of sale and delivery, and he also handles contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
For many years, Henrik Rise Jensen has been associated with the University of Copenhagen as an external lecturer in the law of damages. He is the author of many articles on the law of damages and insurance law (U.2013B.129 ”Direct claims according to U.2012.2255H” and TBB 2012.231 ”Coverage exceptions in contractor’s insurance terms and their compliance with the Danish Insurance Contracts Act”).
