A considerable work effort must be expected. However, we also attach importance to ensuring there is room for other things in life besides work. Assistant attorneys should experience their training with us as a positive and educational period, and we are very interested in and have a strong focus on training assistant attorneys, just as we emphasise and support maintaining a healthy social environment within the law firm.

New assistant attorneys are assigned to a partner as well as a mentor who will typically be a senior assistant attorney or a young attorney. The mentor scheme seeks to ensure that new assistant attorneys settle in well, both socially and professionally.

Assistant attorneys must perform both individual case handling on their own cases and case processing as part of larger cases, and there will be good opportunities for gaining experience in legal proceedings and regular contact with clients as you progress as assistant attorney.
