Our clients include most Danish insurance companies and pension funds, as well as foreign companies.
For more than 20 years, ARK’s attorneys have assisted the insurance industry in cases regarding insurance fraud, and our attorneys are considered Denmark’s leading advisers in this area. We regularly advise insurance companies in a large number of cases about insurance fraud and assist in cases before the Insurance Complaints Board in this area. Furthermore, ARK’s attorneys have conducted cases on insurance fraud before both the Danish High Courts and the Danish Supreme Court.
We have in-depth knowledge of insurance companies’ approach to insurance fraud, and understand the commercial risk specifically associated with handling these types of case. Our advice is therefore generally based on very close cooperation with the insurance companies, where all risks are taken into account.
