The liability of public authorities
We advise on and assist public authorities with all types of liability in damages.
We assist local authorities and other public authorities with actual claims handling as well as handling of complaints and legal disputes. We also assist in cases of liability in damages and insurance matters in relation to industrial injury and personal injury, property damage, structural damage and directors’ liability and management liability. We therefore have considerable focus on preserving evidence and the possibility of influencing the processing of such cases at an early stage.
We work closely with Danske Risikorådgivere (Danish Risk Advisers), which is targeted at risk advisers in private and public businesses, and we often organise theme days and lectures in cooperation with Danske Risikorådgivere all over Denmark. Additionally, we regularly give lectures and external presentations for local authorities within the areas of worker’s compensation and damages.

We have many years of experience advising on claims handling and providing assistance with case administration before the courts of law and in arbitration proceedings.
